Refund policy

You may return new, unopened, and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Please note that all battery sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@cane5.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions. Returns will be accepted only with a valid RMA.

Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and evaluated to confirm that it is fully functional and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the product is not returned in acceptable condition.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within four weeks after we receive and accept the returned item.
