Refund policy

You may return new, unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we determine the return is due to our error. Please note that all battery sales are final and not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@cane5.com with your order number and return details. If approved, we will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within four weeks of receiving your returned item.
