Warranty Policy
CANE5 ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
All CANE5 products are covered under a 1-year limited warranty, beginning on the original purchase date. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser. The warranty period does not restart on repaired or replacement units (exclusions apply). To be eligible for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
Possession Requirement
You must still be in physical possession of the CANE5 product to initiate a claim.
Claim Submission
All warranty claims must be submitted using the form found on our contact page. Claims submitted through any other means will not be processed.
Return Requirement
No repair, replacement unit, or store credit will be issued until the defective unit has been received and inspected by CANE5. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether the product meets the criteria for a warranty claim based on materials or workmanship defects.
Resolution Options
Once we have inspected the returned unit, CANE5 will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion. Depending on product availability, we will offer one of the following:

Repair of the defective unit.

Replacement with a CANE5 product of the same model or a comparable product.

Store Credit in the form of an electronic gift card for CANE5.com (only available if the item was originally purchased directly from our website).
Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover the following:

Normal Wear and Tear: Failures or damage resulting from regular use over time.

Accidents and Abuse: Damage resulting from drops, impacts, misuse, mishandling, or other accidental occurrences.

Unauthorized Alterations: Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than authorized CANE5 service personnel.

Second-Hand Purchases: Units purchased second-hand. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Geographic Coverage
We do not accept warranty requests from outside of the United States, nor do we ship repaired or replacement products outside of the United States.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CANE5 DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
