The fan housing is IP44 splash-proof, but the battery itself has no IP rating—never submerge either component. 

Press the power button once to cycle speeds; press and hold ~2 sec to turn off. Speeds 1-3 = normal airflow; speeds 4-5 = max power.

Yes—the battery is also a power bank. Press the battery-check button to activate the USB ports and then use the USB-A or USB-C ports on the rear of the power bank to charge phones, tablets, cameras, etc.

Keep below 104 °F (40 °C) and store in a cool, dry place for best battery life.
